1) Service

Crown Citywide provides booking intake for affiliated cab operators (Crown Cab and City Wide). Availability, estimated arrival times, and pricing can vary by location, traffic, and demand.

2) Booking requests

• Your booking is a request until confirmed by us (call/text).
• Please provide accurate pickup/dropoff details and a reachable phone number.
• For time-sensitive rides (airport, appointments), schedule in advance when possible.

3) Cancellations & no-shows

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking limitations.

4) Conduct & safety

Passengers must comply with driver instructions and applicable laws. Drivers may refuse service for safety reasons.

5) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Citywide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Transportation services are performed by the operating cab company and its drivers.
